Happy Father’s Day 2024!
Being a father means that I walk an extra 200-300 metres to shave 20-30 cents off my coffee fix.

And a poem:
My body
is the log
on which my children rest
to watch their TV.
It’s like a seesaw
has descended upon my being,
with the just-graduated-from-infant hood girl
ironically pressing harder than her preschooler brother.
They are so heavy,
yet my heart feels light.
i think I will start a ritual in which I will post one money-saving method and one poem documenting my children every Father’s Day.
