To get started just download the extension.
click the link https://bit.ly/teneo-community-node and it will take you to the appropriate web store to download the extension. (It may take you to a site that ask you to confirm destination if it does this is okay just select confirm destination to be taken to the web store.)
Once the extension has been added. Pin it to the taskbar in the top right. (This can be done by clicking on the tiny puzzle piece and this will bring up all enabled extensions, find Teneo Protocol and click the thumbtack next to it. That will make it visible in the taskbar permanently so you can access it quickly) once you have made accessing it simpler. click on the icon in the task bar.
This will bring the extension up and since its your first time you will have to sign up. Make sure you click Sign up at the bottom so it switched to sign up and not Log in.
From here enter your
- Password
- Confirm Password
- Referral Code: PwaTD (Receive 1000 Points immediately upon signing up)
After completing this you will be brought to the dashboard
Click the second line labeled Rewards
Follow the prompts
- Link Wallet: EVM Wallet Metamask, OKX, Wallets with prefix 0x…. (For best experience link the same wallet that you have linked to discord this ensures smooth point allocation and also as of publication there is no change wallet feature so make sure the wallet you connect is the correct one) -50,000 Teneo Points
- Link X/Twitter Account: (Again link same account that is linked to twitter to ensure seamless point allocation) this will require you to post a tweet then copy the link to that tweet and then post it in the relevant box -50,000 Teneo Points
- Link Discord Account: This step requires you to authorize Teneo/Discord communication through Authorization. Once this is done it will ask you to join the Teneo Discord. Take appropriate steps to do so. (If you do not know how to join a discord server please search how to on this or reach out to me in the comments and I will assist you in doing so) -50,000 Teneo Points
**** Completing the above steps will net you 150,000 Teneo Points a good nest egg to begin your journey with so make sure to complete these steps.
Its worth noting that this feature has only recently been implemented and it was very glitchy at first and there were instances of users completing the task and it not showing in the dashboard and there points no being correct in real time but if you encounter this rest assured that your points from the task will update theres no need to flood discord with concerns of your points not being right, remember this is a work in progress and there are going to be min or bugs and this is an example mof one. Compltete the steps and be patient. DO NOT TRY AND COMPLETE TASK MULTIPLE TIMES THERE IS NO NEED.
Once you have completed alkl the above steps click on the extension once more to make sure you are connected. If not click on the blue icon that says connect.
Wait until it says connected and you see the timer counting down. Like before this possibly made not be smooth sometimes and connecting may take clicking connect a couple times or waiting a minute for it to connect don’t get impatient these are minor flaws the team is working to iron out.
The dynamic at play here is you are rewarded for heartbeats. A heartbeat last 15 minutes and if you stay connected for that entire time you receive 25 points. Which means if you stay connected all day you can receive 2,440 Teneo Points

1 heartbeat = 15 Minutes comes to 4 Heartbeats in one hour
4 Heartbeats in one hour = 100 Teneo Points
24 Hours x 100 Teneo Points = 2,400 Teneo Points per Day
