A Man Arrested For Crypto Laundering (Deep Web)

Larry Harmon (Akron, Ohio), the founder of Grams and Helix, was arrested on charges of money laundering from activities such as drug trafficking and scams conducted around the world.
Helix was created in 2014 and remained active until 2017, clearing a total of about $ 300 million through operations carried out with the use of Bitcoin.
The FBI has identified links with the AlphaBay marketplace closed also in 2017. A partnership structured to offer Helix's services to customers of this digital black market, also through a real advertising campaign launched on the Grams search engine, always accessible via Tor. According to investigators, Harmon also controlled this platform.
The charges are: money laundering and conducting a business for moving funds without having a license.

Now the Dark Web has started selling money at "less price".
At today's exchange rate: 1 BTC = nearly 10,000 dollars
Do you want to buy 10,000 dollars? You pay 0.1 or 0.2 BTC.
Are they scams? No.
They are simply hacked bank accounts.
Those who sell take less risks and do not need to launder dirty money.
The money is transferred via Western Union.
