Birdbyte is in Alpha stage - Join this Depin Project - Another effort to allow users to democratise unused computational capacity (GPU & CPU) and bandwidth. For now, the operations will be on the Ethereum network, but from some research, the team plans to expand to multiple blockchains
1. Access the Platform by navigating to https://app.birdbyte.io
Once there, click on the “Connect Wallet” button to start the process.
2. Select and Connect Your Wallet - Choose your preferred digital wallet from the available options. Confirm the connection within your wallet.
3. Account Verification --Verify your account by signing a message within your wallet account.
4. Set Up Your Profile --Choose a unique username for your profile. Additionally, enter your referral code as signing up without a referral code is not possible. (please use igsimon)
5. Explore the App Dashboard --After setting up your profile, you will be directed to your App Dashboard.
6. Conduct a Bandwidth Benchmark Test -- Navigate to the “Benchmark” section. Under “Bandwidth Benchmark,” you will see your IP and location information. Click on “Start Benchmark” to initiate a quick speed test, which measures how fast your connection can download and upload data.
7. Perform a CPU Benchmark Test --Following the Bandwidth Benchmark proceed to the “CPU Benchmark” section. Here, you can start a test to evaluate your CPU performance.
8. Referral Dashboard -- click on “Referral” in the side menu. You will first notice your personal referral code, which you can share with others to encourage them to sign up.
