What question would you ask Laszlo Hanyecz?

I’m sure you have heard of Laszlo Hanyecz, the guy who created history by paying 10,000 BTC for two pizzas. But do you know that the fateful day in which he bought the pizzas, May 22, is commemorated as Bitcoin Pizza Day. Which makes it today!

Since then, backlash has been unleashed on Laszlo, given how the price of Bitcoin has leapfrogged. Many people felt that he should have the foresight to hold on to his Bitcoin and wait for it to appreciate. They would probably be aghast to find out that Laszlo bought more than two pizzas that summer. Since he was a BTC miner then, he actually went so far to spend a whopping 100,000 Bitcoin on pizzas that summer! What a wasted opportunity to become a millionaire many times over!

Anyway, it appears that Laszlo has no regrets over his decision. I guess we all got to thank him. Without him committing such an act, we wouldn’t have such a deeply entrenched impression of the importance of HODLing.
