What is your approach towards being a whole coiner?

Some of us understand the psychology of the integer bias and how our monkey brains are predisposed to embrace the concept of the whole coiner. Others rationalize that there are about 980k people who own one Bitcoin currently and aspire to be part of this exclusive club as they opine that this will boost their status. Regardless of the reason, many Bitcoiners are working steadily towards acquiring a whole coin.

Just wondering how everyone approaches this quest. Do you begin with the end in mind - use a DCA calculator, divide the price of one BTC over the number of months in which you DCA and act accordingly? Let’s say you want to end 2023 with a brand new coin. Do you divide $18k over 12 months and DCA $1500 per month?

Or do you just DCA as much as you can every month because coupled with inflation, your income doesn’t go as far as desired, so you are unable to DCA into BTC to your heart’s content? Or you have the financial ability to DCA the optimum amount of money - but choose not to because you have other priorities in life? Hence, you don’t quite know when (or if) you will attain the status of a whole coiner.
