I first got into crypto in June 2021, rode the euphoric highs induced by the bull run that November and truly believed that Bitcoin would reach $100k at the end of the year. Suffice to say that my expectations were not met.

But after hanging out here for a while, I realised that many people here adopted a pragmatic DCA and HODL approach. You guys buy your favourite coins and often express the need to be patient and be invested for the long term. That it could take many years before you reached your financial goals with crypto.

Just would like to say if you already ventured into the crypto with patience as remarkable as that of a saint or if you encountered an epiphany and/or had a turning point in which you found out that slow and steady was the key. If it’s the latter, I think your ability to block out the noise is quite amazing, given how this sub periodically erupts with news on how people are profiting from LUNC or LTC. Not to mention our beloved Reddit NFTs. How would you advise less experienced investors to develop resolve as strong as a bull and just be in for the long haul?
