Wild Forest is a Free to Play PVP strategy game that was released in 2024 on the Ronin network. This was one of the great games on the Ronin network, which had the support of big companies such as Sky Mavis and Animoca Brands, but due to problems in the rewards system, it started to lose players. But the Wild Forest team, knowing this, changed to a Bounty Board system to attract players back to this web3 game. Come find out what happened to Wild Forest, about the Bounty Board system and of course a little more about the game.

[ENGLISH VERSION]
Wild Forest: What is it?
Wild Forest is a strategy game from the Ronin network, which is completely Free to Play, that is, you can play without a prior requirement. As Wild Forest is a strategy game focused on PVP, players assemble a battle deck with 7 units on their team, 3x Tier I, 3x Tier II and finally one Tier III. The higher the Tier, the stronger the units, but to be able to bring them to the battlefield the player will need more mana and the building will need to be upgraded. Wild Forest is currently available on PC through the Mavis Hub and for mobile on the App Store and Play Store.
For players looking to progress faster in the game, one option is to go to the Ronin Marketplace and look for Wild Forest NFTs, but for those who are patient and don't want to spend money on this web3 game, they can complete the Battle Pass and collect Wild Forest NFTs that way. Completing the Wild Forest Battle Pass Tasks allows you to accumulate chests and receive NFTs from the game completely free of charge.
Then if you're interested, when you finish the Battle Pass in Free you can consider enabling the Premium Battle Pass to receive more NFTs, resources and Skins. Currently the Premium Battle Pass costs 150 WF, less than $1. Remember to analyze it carefully beforehand and see if it's worth it for you.
Wild Forest: What happened to the Game? Airdrop, Token, NFTs...
At the beginning of 2024, with the Airdrop hype, Wild Forest started the first season of the game for players to participate, accumulate points and then exchange them for the game token, but the first problem begins with the launch of the token happening months after the end of the Airdrop.
There was also great expectation that the WF token would be listed on a major exchange like Binance. Many players thought that Binance would list the Wild Forest Token, but this did not happen and the token was listed on the Ronin and Katana network DEX. Furthermore, the launch of the game's new features did not happen on the scheduled dates, which generated discontent among the community due to the failure to comply with the Wild Forest Roadmap.

In addition to all the problems mentioned, the game, despite being fun and well-made, had problems in the economic part. The ease of obtaining NFT units was good for the new player to progress in the game, but they ended up becoming too abundant in the Marketplace, causing the price of NFTs to plummet.
The WF Token that was distributed in the airdrop and served as a reward on the leaderboard, due to its lack of utility within Wild Forest, ended up being sold by players, causing the price to drop. Another point of discontent among the community was the failure to comply with the roadmap. Not releasing new features on the scheduled dates. Sometimes unforeseen events happened and the stipulated deadline was not enough, but this should have been expected since unforeseen events happen, so there is always a little extra time.
Wild Forest Bounty Board - 100K WF Tokens per Week!
With the game losing more and more players, the Wild Forest development team thought of a solution, shifting the focus from rewarding only Leaderboard players to a Bounty Board system, which would reward a larger number of users, bringing casual players back to the game. This bounty board system consists of daily missions that players can complete during the day without rushing. They can choose when and which missions they want to do, taking away the pressure of leveling up that drives casual players away. By completing missions, the player will receive a number of points called Bounty Board Points (BBP), but they must have at least 7 NFT units in their account to receive daily points.

These points will be used to divide the Wild Forest token pool among players. The more missions and points the player completes throughout the week, the greater their share of the 100,000 WF pool. There are two missions that are fixed every day. The first is “Light Signal Fire”, where you go to the game website to collect a reward and end up making a transaction on the ronin network. This mission is simple and lasts a few seconds.
The second fixed mission is to get 5 victories throughout the day. This can be a difficult mission if your team isn't good, but if you build a team that has synergy and can counter your opponents, it ends up being easy to complete as well. The tip for building a team is to have units that attack both on the ground and in the air, and of course, observe which teams the high-level players use. The other missions can be rolled using Gold to perhaps find one with more points.
