Sunflower Land Halloween Mini-Game & Prizes!
Starting with the mini-game, those who participated in the last or penultimate event should be familiar with the mechanics. This is a dodging-opponents type of event, but in this case you can become so strong that you can win very easily. In addition, you choose weapons/abilities and some passives as you level up.
Your objective is to defeat the opponents in the various stages in a maximum of 15 minutes, and to do this you must level up your abilities and not lose all your HP. As a tip, there are some skills that I don't like and that in my opinion are the worst: Banished Jack O'Lantern, Cursed Coffin, and Moss Ground.
Among the best options, the main one is the Frozen Skull, which prevents opponents from approaching your character and defeats nearby enemies, making it easy to collect the experience they drop. Additionally, I really like the Fly Storm for defeating bosses because it deals damage over time, allowing you to easily get past the mini-game bosses.
Finally, there are some area-of-effect/ranged attack skills that are very good to use once you're well-leveled up, such as the Blood Knife, which ricochets, and a poison skill that deals area damage. It's good to get/level them up after leveling up other passive skills and the Frozen Skull.
Regarding passive skills, the best are the XP-boosting skill, because you gain more levels, and the Luck skill for a similar reason, because it gives a greater chance of getting better skill upgrades; instead of leveling up 1, you can level up up to 3 at once. However, these don't help much at the end of the game because everything is already leveled up, but they are fundamental to reaching that point. Finally, I also like the skill that attracts experience orbs.
By participating in this event you can get tickets to exchange in the event shop. This time, it's not a fixed number of tickets per attempt or if you stay alive until a certain level. In this event, your skill counts, because you can win from 100 to 200 tickets depending on your score.
If you get 2000 points you win 50 Halloween Tokens, 5000 points are 100 Halloween Tokens, 10000 are 150 Tokens, and 25000 points guarantee you a maximum of 200 Halloween Tokens. In the first few days I only managed to get 100 tickets, but then I understood the game's meta and managed to get 200 tickets by scoring 25000 points.
Another detail I discovered well after the event started is that you can play the event twice and win tickets in two different attempts. I thought it was just to count towards the leaderboard scores, but I ended up clicking to play again while writing this post and ended up getting tickets.
Now that you've earned your Halloween Tokens, it's interesting to know what prizes are available in the Sunflower Land Event Store on Halloween Island, right? This store has the same style as Stella's old store, with tiers ranging from common to extra, and you need to collect a certain number of items from the previous tier to unlock the next.
In the first tier of common items, you'll find some very interesting cosmetics such as a raven with a party accessory, a vampire-style raven, a vampire shoe, a chest key, a raffle ticket, among others. To reach the Rare Tier, you'll need 6 unique items from the Common Tier, and in that tier, I think the best cosmetic is the fishing crow.
Finally, the Epic, Mega, and Extra tiers are quite impossible for the average player and will require paying extra for entries in the mini-game to achieve them because they need many tokens that are not easily obtained. The Epic tier requires 12 unique items, the Mega tier requires 16, and finally, to get the Extra tier, you need all the items, even the Flower tier items...
