INLEO Updates
This week there was no Inleo Official AMA. However, we have great news for Inleo users: Ads are back!
Google was carrying out an audit of Inleo's traffic, to see if there was any manipulation or misuse, and everything seemed to go well. Users will now receive ad revenue again.
Recap: TOWN HALL 3rd
In this townhall some subjects were debated such as AI in Hiva, the correct use of downvotes, new forms of reputation, but a large part of the AMA was focused on the Reward Pool. More specifically, what to do with the Hive Rewards Pool.
Several approaches to dealing with the Pool have emerged, but it has become clear that many people are considering changing the reward pool. While some were more extreme, suggesting ending the pool, others thought there could be changes and reward the services part more instead of focusing on social content.
One of the exchange options discussed was moving the rewards to Layer 2, where each community would decide what to do with the distribution. This could be interesting as it would give additional value to Layer 2 tokens and also to communities.
Another topic was what to do with AIs. Some have argued that if content brings value to Hive, the source should matter. But there is the problem that bots used AI to create texts in bulk and would take a large part of the Pool.
One solution to combat problems with AI is to use ad revenue as part of rewards, so it is not possible to extract more than what the post brings to the network.
In addition to AIs, we talked about DOWNVOTES. In this thread, it was commented that there should be some way to combat malicious downvotes, where the intention is to harm another user and encourage beneficial downvotes, which aim to help.
The problem lies in defining what is right and what is wrong, this is a fine line. But overall most agree that there has to be a balance. In this sense, sharing voting power between Upvote and Downvoate was suggested, which could make each one consider more what they would use.
Finally, the topic of a new Reputation System came up. The current system is based on Vesting Power, which brings some problems, such as: a positive vote from an account with a lot of VP can considerably increase any account with a low reputation and the same can happen if a downvote is made.
In this way, this system does not consider, for example, the contributions that different people make to the network, if they do not post and gain votes, their reputation does not increase, even if they are developing the network. So, for now the incentive is to make quality posts.
A curious thing is that Inleo has a reputation system that is different from Hive.
A reminder is that everything that was debated during the Town Hall are just ideas, it is not something that has already been decided and is already being implemented, the objective is to exchange ideas on the topic in order to find a possible "better path". This is important to highlight, to avoid the confusion that occurred at the last Town Hall.
Some Zealy Campaign reminders
Unlike the other Zealy which had broader themes, this one is very focused on social media engagement, the reason is to bring more people to Hive. Reminding everyone that Zealy runs until December 22nd and that whether new Zealys happen depends on the result of the previous campaign, so let's do our best :)
Furthermore, rewards also depend on campaign performance. For example, if many people participate in this campaign we could have prizes for those 100 to 150 in the ranking.
BRs Onboarding at Hive
Every day a new onboarding from @boeltermc, he's been inviting a bunch of people to the SkateHive community and also to HiveBR. "I'm doing more onboarding than Ronaldo scored in the World Cup."
We realize that it ends up being "easier" for people to join Hive if there is a community on topics they like, especially with people who help and have the same language. Another example of Onboarding is @lipe100dedos which, unlike Boelter which focuses on skateboarders, Lipe does a large number of Onboardings focused on the Dance audience.
There will be an event called Multichain BR Meeup in Curitiba on 12/13, and @vempromundo will represent HiveBR with the aim of trying to bring more users to the community. More Onboarding coming to Hive.

INLEO Updates
Essa semana não teve o AMA Oficial da Inleo. Entretanto, temos uma ótima notícia para usuário da Inleo: Os Anúncios Voltaram!
O google estava realizando uma auditoria no tráfego da Inleo, para ver se estava tendo alguma manipulação, ou uso indevido, e parece que deu tudo certo. Agora os usuários vão voltar a receber as receitas dos anúncios.
Recap: TOWN HALL 3º
Nesse townhall alguns assuntos foram debatidos como as IA na Hiva, o correto uso do de downvotes, novas formas de reputação, mas grande parte do AMA ficou voltada ao Reward Pool. Mais especificadamente, o que fazer com a Pool de Recompensas da Hive.
Diversas abordagens para lidar com a Pool surgiram, mas já ficou visível que muitas pessoas consideram a possibilidade de trocar a pool de recompensa. Enquanto alguns foram mais extremos, sugerindo acabar com a pool, outros achavam que poderia ter mudanças e recompensar mais a parte de serviços em vez de ser focada em conteúdo social.
Uma das opções de troca debatidas foi mudar as recompensas para o Layer 2, onde cada comunidade decidiria o que fazer com a distribuição. Isso poderia ser interessante já que daria esse valor a mais aos tokens Layer 2 e também às comunidades.
Outro tópico foi sobre o que fazer com as IAs. Alguns defenderam a ideia de que se o conteúdo traz valor para a Hive, de que importaria a fonte. Só que tem o problema de bots usaram IA para criar textos em massa e pegaria grande parte da Pool.
Uma solução para combater os problemas com IA é o uso da receita de anúncios como parte da recomepnsas, assim não é possível extrair mais do que o post traz para a rede.
Além das IAs, foi falado dos DOWNVOTES. Nesse tópico, foi comentado que deveria haver alguma forma de combater downvotes maliciosos, onde o intuito seja de prejudicar outro usuário e incentivar os downvotes benéficos, que visam ajudar.
O problema está na definição do que é certo e o que é errado, essa é uma linha tênue. Mas no geral a maioria concorda que tem que haver um equilíbrio. Nesse sentido foi sugerido o voting power compartilhando entre Upvote e Downvoate, o que poderia fazer cada um considerar mais em que usuaria.
Por fim, veio o tema de um novo Sistema de Reputação. O sistema atual é baseado no Vesting Power, o que traz alguns problemas, como: um voto positivo de uma conta com muito VP pode elevar consideravelmente qualquer conta de reputação baixa e o mesmo pode acontecer caso faça um downvote.
Dessa forma, esse sistema não considera por exemplo as contribuições que diversas pessoas fazem à rede, se ela não postar e ganhar votos não aumenta a reputação, mesmo que ela esteja desenvolvendo a rede. Assim, por enquanto o incentivo é para fazer posts de qualidade.
Uma curiosidade é que na Inleo há um sistema de reputação diferente da Hive.
Um lembrete é que tudo que foi debatido durante o Town Hall, são apenas ideias, não é algo que já foi decido e já está sendo implementado, o objetivo é trocar ideias sobre o tema visando encontrar um possível "melhor caminho". Isso é importante resaltar, para evitar a confusão que teve no último Town Hall.
Alguns lembretes Zealy Campaign
Diferente dos outros Zealy que tinham temática mais amplas, esse está bem focado no engajamento das redes sociais, o motivo é trazer mais pessoas para a Hive. Lembrando a todos que o Zealy vai até o dia 22 de Dezembro e que para novos zealy aconteçam depende do resultado da campanha anteior, então vamos dar o nosso melhor :)
Ainda, as recompensas dependem também do desempenho da campanha. Por exemplo, se muitos participarem dessa campanha poderemos ter uma premiação para os 100 à 150 do ranking.
Onboarding de BRs na Hive
Todo dia um onboarding novo do @boeltermc, ele vem convidando uma galera para a comunidade SkateHive e também para a HiveBR. "To fazendo mais onboarding que o Ronaldo fez de gol na Copa."
A gente percebe que acaba ficando mais "fácil" a pessoa entrar na Hive se tem uma comunidade nos assuntos que ela gosta, principalmente com pessoas que ajudam e tenham o mesmo idioma. Um outro exemplo de Onboarding é o @lipe100dedos que diferente do Boelter que foca nos skatistas, o Lipe faz um grande número de Onboarding focado na público da Dança.
Terá um evento chamado Multichain BR Meeup em curitiba no dia 13/12, e que o @vempromundo irá representando a HiveBR com o objetivo de tentar trazer mais usuários para a comunidade. Mais Onboarding chegando para a Hive.
