Have you ever wondered where to look for jobs in crypto? Are you in it for more than to make money, but you actually support the technology and mission? Working for a crypto-based company or project might be the right option for you.

If you're like me, you love cryptocurrency but you don't really have a background in technology, software development or coding. If you search online you'll see tons of opportunities for coders to get involved in budding crypto projects. This post is meant to shed some light on where to find crypto job opportunities for those with no such technical background. Professionally speaking, my experience is more in the administrative side of things with zero technical knowledge with regards to computer science topics.

Crypto Jobs List (https://cryptojobslist.com/) is an excellent source for all jobs related to Web3. You can search by job focus, location, paid in fiat/crypto. Tons of the top NFT, cryptocurrency and blockchain companies regularly post opportunities. For example, Polygon Labs is currently looking for an HR Generalist as seen below -



LinkedIn (https://linkedin.com/) is perhaps the most well-known social networking site geared towards professionals. There are plenty of job opportunities in crypto featured here. However, it is worth noting that to post a job on LinkedIn requires quite a hefty fee, so you will usually find only larger companies advertising on here. Think Binance, Gemini, Coinbase, etc. There will be some start-ups, but not nearly as many as Crypto Jobs List. With that said, because these companies are much larger they will have more opportunities beyond coding, software and blockchain development. You can find positions in Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Service and the like.

Not only will there be job postings, but you can find many other cryptocurrency / blockchain professionals here whereby you can simply reach out to them for job opportunities or network connections. For example, Brian Armstrong of Coinbase is fairly active on LinkedIn whereas Vitalik Buterin of Ethereum fame, is not.






Visit Top Crypto Company Websites

Binance, Gemini, Coinbase, Canaan Inc., Galaxy Digital Holdings Inc., Riot Blockchain Inc., etc. These are all massive companies that provide more than just coding jobs. They have multiple departments to support their staff where you could find an opening. Each company has a section on their website for careers or job postings. Due to cost saving measures, companies will post their position here before going to other job boards. If their Human Resources department is on top of things, they will be constantly updating that section of their site. Often these sites will have a mailing list whereby you can receive updates as they are posted. Regardless of what jobs are posted, it may be still be useful for you to send in your resume as there could be some openings on the horizon that may be a good fit for you.

Remote Job Boards

As many of the positions in crypto are entirely remote, you can also search job boards that focus on that type of work. Notably, Flexijobs (https://www.flexjobs.com/) and Dynamite Jobs (https://dynamitejobs.com/) come to mind. Personally speaking, Flexijobs has a lot more opportunities for remote work compared to Dynamite Jobs. Dynamite Jobs tends to focus more on start-ups whereas Flexijobs has a wider selection to choose from.


Bankless (https://bankless.pallet.com/jobs) is a great community, well-known for its podcast, which focuses on all things crypto. The jobs posted here will be a bit sparse compared to other sites listed, but that quality will be higher as these positions are vetted more. It will be a bit tougher to find jobs outside of coding / software development, but they certainly exist on this site.
