The Akihabara hostel has a branch of my fave coffee shop Streamer Coffee, went there once and talked to a guy who was unboxing lots of GPUs and loading them up in a big rucksack. He explained he was living in Vietnam and taking them back to resell!
No crypto connections but maybe the Akihabara one would be of most interest!
