XRP and the Scarlet Letter

XRP and the Scarlet Letter

Today I am writing about one of the most discussed and most controversial cryptocurrencies in the crypto world; and when I limit these two qualifying adjectives, there is no other that is distinguished with these words than XRP.

Since before, this token had the scarlet letter written due to all the history it has, not only of its development but also of its distribution and even its use. The truth is that it is difficult to get rid of a centralized concept even more in these times, with an unlimited number of tokens that the truth covers and overshadows a good concept of technological processing such as the coverage of cross-border payments of great scalability and speed.

Sometimes it is hard to believe that the fourth cryptocurrency by capitalization does not have the expected performance as its predecessors in the position table and even more, that they describe it as a lost project or even as scam by some traiders. The landscape of this silicom valley token is not the best in its country of origin, even with the recognition of the United States Office of Consumer Financial Protection (CFPB) where it recognizes the role of Ripple and XRP in the development and channeling of remittance transfers.

The truth, and despite having strong qualifications contrary to good performance, their competence continues to draw attention especially in these times of "new normal" where at a certain time they could help adapt XRP to this new economic dynamic . Its technology at the moment will be key in the remittance markets, especially in the areas of East Asia. A good investor knows where there is an opportunity that shines, and I personally believe that XRP could demonstrate what it is worth these days.

But not all that glitters is gold, despite the crypto market a charge and claims on behalf of the community that both XRP and Ripple Labs do not respond to independent developments but to one of the relationship of the same company. Once XRP moves on to decentralization, its rise will be unstoppable and that scarlet letter will disappear.

This blog contains my opinions on the world of cryptocurrencies, and how these digital records are the key to the change towards a new future, but that in many cases, we already live in the present. Always remembering that cryptos, and especially Bitcoin, are inevitable.
