Hi everybody,

I hope you are all well, welcome to Cryptogod-1’s blog on all things literature and gaming. Today I just wanted to share a quick poem I put together in anticipation of the festive period which is upon us. I hope you enjoy it :)

"On a cold starry night,

With mist descending down, what a sight!

The children sleep in a slumber of excitement,

Toys are gathered and wrapped, the yearly assignment.

The ground is covered in a few inches of white,

Lets build a snowman, my favourite delight.

Turn on the box, filled with Santa's advertisement,

As the day draws nearer, what an enticement.

I hope this year he brings you all a shining light.

Keep far from your door the misfortune and plight.

That one day where we all have our consignment,

Share peace and joy with those you love, the true festive requirement."

I hope you enjoy the poem, it was just something I decided to put together for Christmas and a bit of fun.
