UK is one of those nations where there are insolvency issues on everyday basis. Where people tend to go broke and bankrupt more often than they are stable. So the people tend to keep the land and other assets which would make it easier for them to survive the insolvency. 

And since last 4 years you can say since pandemic there has been the rise of the insolvency services where crypto and other blockchain assets are being declared. And there was no official system that was in place to weight such assets and then asses them for the clearing of the insolvency cases. 

That seems to be changing in upcoming times as UK has appointed the person who is in special case for such type of the issues. And there would be dedicated person who would be working in this space. 

So far the £500,000 cost has been declared and recorded in the solvency cases. And this would cause more of such cases under issues too. New appointment of the department and the investigators would help recover more of such assets in the time. And also this would make the crypto more legal tenders in the due process too. 

This new person is Andrew small and he would be taking over the cases in this spaces. And the way the appointment and the direction that is going on. Those asylum seekers from other nations to UK and then holding such assets in the UK would be possibly making some legal scene and considering such department would keep an eye on such people who are rich and have been holding the crypto assets would soon be making it easier to resolve the cases.

What this means for UK? Your surveillance with the crypto is active. And even buying crypto is not going to save you from the govt and the department that wants to keep an eye on you. Unfortunately many developers and the companies have given too much insight to govt which would be meaning it would not form a crypto economy anymore.
