He wanted to put the bitcoin reserve for the state and get the state secured on the debt and the nation level safety for the state performance on debt side. 

So the Derek merrin the mayor of the Ohio state has published a tweet related to the bitcoin reserve. And this bill which is mentioned in the tweet is called as the HB703. 

As the state wants to secure the nation for the USD devaluation. And the way devaluation happens. This bill is all about how the state is meant to be invested into the bitcoin and how the reserve is meant to serve the state. And they are building it in such a way that in the case of the USD fallout they would get the reserves to work for the nation.
