Ethereum regularly does the upgrade of it's network and that is how their new proof of stake network has been going strong. And they seem to have less issues of congestion that used to happen in the back. Now this years last update is the Fusaka. This is going for code freeze on Sept 22 and then 25th it would be on the client release. 

Apart from this there are scheduled blob only parameters being released too. And they would be scheduled for the release along with the PeerDAS scaling improvements. So there is a growth going on with the Ethereum. And we are going to see another update of the scaling and the maintenance upgrade.
