Binance was banned in India. And for year the app was usable but the website and the Google play listing was removed. And it seems the compliance with the Indian govt and the banking authorities has been finished. And now the fine is paid and the taxes are next. So they have got the provisional update on the releasing of the Binance back to Indian consumers. 

Currently the P2P is officially available. And Send cash through P2P is another option. But the thing is official withdraw to bank is missing. And it would take years to get that through compliance as they would required to create LLP, LTD or some incorporation into the nation.
