Arkham holdings is a private crypto custody solution. And many nations hold the btc and other crypto with it. I think having such private holding kind of protects you from the internal hacks etc. So external enterprises enter into such system. 

Bhutan is heavy into the crypto and the blockchain. In fact their tech parks are very strong proponents of the Open Source tech. They already use Ubuntu Linux and they have strong community that invests into the blockchain too.

As per the Arkham holdings, Bhutan is the 4th largest investor in the crypto in their company. Which also goes to show they are heavy investor.

They do the investment in the name of the Druk holdings. And they are holding 26.65M USD as of now.

What does this mean for the crypto? It goes to show that govt around the world no matter how small and big are investing into the crypto. And they are not showing much about it.

However the private holdings would get come out through disclosure report like the Arkham did. So you can eventually find out how much your govt has been investing into the same and how much impact it would have.
