Arbitrum has been doing pretty well off with the blockchain. And new projects joining with their new Stylus VM. This VM has the support for the on chain and the EVM compatibility which is good for those who wish to bring their assets and the token on the arbitrum ecosystem. The VM makes use of the WebAssembly (WASM) instead of EVM bytecode which makes the web3 app development easier. 

Now the 5M worth of the grant are being offered under the Stylus Sprint. And you would find that the infrastructure would make it easier for the people who would want to deploy the new projects on the chain. And the EVM is one of the update that would be something many new web3apps and the projects which intend to be on the ecosystem. This grant would be encouraging to the developers who wish to build on the chain and develop interesting apps.
