One of my great passions is reading, any subject is the same for me, the simple act of reading gives me an indescribable pleasure (unfortunately something that is being lost in these times where we live so fast). Although I am one of those people who prefer to have a "hardcover" book in their hands, I have had no choice but to adapt to the "new times" and read from any device that I have nearby (what can I do). A few days ago, coincidentally, I was reviewing perhaps the first book that really helped me in my trading operations (Trading in the Zone), specifically in the part of psychotrading, someone close to me told me to refer other useful materials and I decided to make a kind of compilation of those topics that might be interesting for those who in one way or another are engaged in trading cryptoassets.

Today I will refer you to the book "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck", written by Mark Manson, especially for those of us who decide to "venture" into the crypto ecosystem or any other endeavor, and who, too often, find it very easy to get caught up in what others think of us, in our insecurities and in our fear of failure. This book will help you understand how we can free ourselves from these limitations by learning to make the conscious decision that we no longer care about anything. In my opinion, it is a powerful guide to free ourselves from the mental traps that prevent us from living life to the fullest.

Its central message is to teach us to be able to choose that "what we give a f*ck about" is the key to a more fulfilling life. With this in mind, Manson encourages readers to identify and focus on their highest values rather than worrying about trivial matters, explaining that "it's not about not worrying about what other people think, but, rather, not worrying about things that don't matter." You will come away convinced that one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is to accept our flaws and weaknesses. His reading encourages us to become comfortable with our "own truth," its flaws and imperfections, giving us the opportunity to develop an even greater understanding of ourselves and others.

Manson argues that achieving success is impossible until we begin to recognize and accept our flaws, something difficult to do, as it is often easier to blame our failures on external factors, such as bad luck or other people's opinions, rather than owning up to our mistakes and learning to believe in our goals.

You will find in his reading the motivation to have the courage to persevere, life can be difficult no matter how hard we try, we can suffer disappointments and failures so what? Accepting these realities and using them as fuel to propel us forward is the goal - "Progress is found in the struggles, in the moments when we refuse to give up and keep going, even if it doesn't seem worth it."

Manson argues that courage is essential to developing resilience and perseverance and that this can only be found within ourselves. His book encourages readers to enjoy our life, the one we choose, along the journey, challenges us to take risks, to explore our fears and to trust that we can find the courage to face our obstacles, no matter how difficult they may seem. You will see how learning to be honest with oneself is the starting point for understanding our true desires, motivations and fears, how we can begin to make meaningful and conscious decisions that are aligned with our highest values. He encourages us to face our mistakes and failures in order to learn from them.

The author also encourages us to cultivate a sense of self-awareness, a point he considers essential to living a meaningful life. He argues that by being honest we can be more attentive to our thoughts and feelings and therefore better understand ourselves and those around us. Ultimately, this allows us to make decisions more in line with our true values and goals. It also addresses the power of forgiveness and accountability. Forgiveness is essential to living an empowered life, forgiving ourselves and others for our mistakes will develop a greater understanding of our place in this world.
