CryptoTab is a browser which you can use to mine Bitcoin while browsing. You can also refer others and get earnings from them and in my case I did not have any. I earned more than 50k sats from the browser but I did not actually use it to browse. I just let it open while I use Chrome for everything else. It did somehow slow down my computer by a little bit but you can tone it down by toggling it. CryptoTab might provide an easy way to mine a few satoshis but it's really not worth it to fry your laptop for a dollar. It took my a few months to just get 50,000 sats on my mid-range desktop computer.

Despite being paid I still do not recommend you use CryptoTab since it is a slow browser and it frequently fails to connect. It's a pretty wonky browser, just use Chrome or Brave.

I've deleted the browser and moved on to other earning ventures like blogging here in Publis0x and using faucets and PTC's some of which I have posted reviews on.

CryptoTab is legitimate and they do pay but I do not recommend using it.
