I passed Crypto.app KYC months ago and my MCO Visa card status was immediately marked as "issued" after I completed the KYC. The mobile app and the desktop Crypto.com/exchange web page are nice, easy to use, attractive. The best perk is staking CRO at 20% at the Exchange app (note that in mobile app you get less for the same stake - 16%).

However, the whole idea of getting the Crypto.com app and staking 5000 CRO at the mobile app was the Ruby Visa debit Card with 2% cashbach and reimbursement of Spotify.

Sadly, this biggest perk that they lure you with seems all too distant to be true. Since registration and staking there is total silence and no card has arrived. Support is a very polite bot that keeps reasuring that the app shows that card is issued and they are sorry for a delay. Due to Wirecard scandal, that may be a reason for missing European cards I asked if they have a Visa partner in Europe. The lovely support bot reassured me, they do.
