Over the years I migrated from AOL search to Yahoo to Google and now find myself migrating once again.

This time I’ve moved over to Brave Browser. There is no denying Google is revolutionary, however, we have ultimately become the product as advertisers swarm around us targeting us with their products and services.

Brave takes a different approach to things.

Firstly, it blocks the ads and trackers which in itself may not be anything new for most but the stats on blocks are quite eye opening for non-technical people such as myself.

But here is where it gets exciting. They pay you for viewing ads they deliver in crypto!

The idea isn’t dissimilar to here at publish0x.com: Reward users and offer a mechanism to tip content creators, in a full cycle where “everyone is a winner philosophy”.

Payment is received in Basic Attention Token, ($0.6645) and users can view up to 5 ads per hour.

I haven’t heavily used my browser this month but you can see my earnings below, it may not seem like much 8 days into the month but it’s 0.17USD more than what Google would have given me.

So my tip of the day is, download the browser, increase the setup to ads to 5 per hour and earn cryptos while browsing the internet as you would do anyway.
