On the consumer side of things, I like to review and test things from a user perspective on a regular basis and that includes crypto faucets. In this review, I dive into a user experience on DogeBitsFree.net, a typical crypto faucet that follows a lot of the similar setups seen in other faucets but this one caters to Doge coin earnings.

Overall, DogeBitsFree is pretty much a standard faucet site with a typical periodic drip for free coin, a pay-to-click (PTC) option for additional coin with minor tasks, a membership plan for more pay, and then tons and tons of linked sites, popups and similar. The site is generally self-explanatory, menu at the top, account admin on the side with coin status, and various opportunities for lottery playing as well as add clicking. The general formula is that your work is awarded in bits. You have to earn 10 bits to get 1 DOGE on the site. Then you have to earn a minimum of 100 DOGE to withdraw to your wallet. That's where things get a bit hinky.

The PTC avenues are generally safe from my experience not problematic clickbait. The high majority are simply links to other faucets for other coins, so don't be surprised to see pretty much the same thing each time. However, the PTCs are not refreshed. A batch of about 10 to 15 are posted daily to an account and then that's it. Overall, it produces about 1.5 DOGE with about 5 minutes of work.

The Shortlinks earning section is a bit more of the same as the PTC, but it pays double, in theory giving a person a couple of DOGE per day. There's a bit more risk here from my experience in terms of what these sites want you to do. Many of the sites have aggressive popups with links to download unwanted software buried in silly warnings about firewalls failing, infections or needing adobe flash updates. This are all typical attempts to install malware, and these end up being a big difference between the PTC links and Shortlinks.

Earning rates for lackluster work of just clicking the faucet every 10 minutes and doing the daily PTCs will get you 100 DOGE in about three months. You could earn more with the other Shortlinks but the risk of computer infection is high. And the site does not do surveys which oftentimes pay better.
Withdrawals are where the heartburn with this faucet really begins. Again, one needs 1,000 bits to create a minimum of 100 DOGE to withdraw. My experience has been, most valid faucets pay on a withdraw order within about 4 hours at the latest. As you can see on this screenshot, it's been almost week. Either nobody is operating this site anymore or the whole thing is a sham (I'm thinking the latter).

So, I'm pretty much done with DogeBitsFree personally until I get paid what I'm due. It may just be crypto pennies in the big picture, but when a faucet or any other site doesn't honor its contractual agreement with a user for their work, that's always bad news.
Don't ask me for a referral link. I don't have one, and I don't provide them for sites that by their actions don't perform as expected for the consumer.
