before answering my question, let's check the ratio (clicks vs time vs gains) of the sites I use. With the most advanced method: in the order they appear on my browser !
adbulltoken.io -BAD- I started using it because joining was a task from another site. The ADbull token is losing value every day, the PTC and video pay a million part of BNB. Yes, BNB not BTC. It's not worth your time. Moreover part of the PTC advertisements needs you to remain 30/15 seconds on that page. A Joke. I keep grabbing the tokens once or twice a day but nothing else.

The bonus roll grants 100 tokens or more which are converted in 4.2 money. 1000 money =1$ so you get around 0.004 from rolling faucet and "watching" videos - you do not need to stay on the page -. Tasks and Jobs are well paid, I avoid those because I don't want to spend a lot of time nor I want to use my brain. I avoid PTC, they pay low and you need multiple clicks. Cointiply - GOOD, you know it- : the faucet gives you 24 coins per roll or more. 10.000 coins are 1$, so we get around 0.002$ per roll, or 0.003$ if you also joined the Rain Pool and do nothing else. The PTCs bring you 5 to 40 coins. You do not need to stay on the page but you have the final captcha to solve. So the time is always the same, 3 clicks each, but the value varies. Coinpayu - GOOD- : On this site I do just the frameless ADS. you do not need to stay on the site so every ADs is just 1 click and pays from 6.8 to 0.8$, mostly 1.3$. For the lazy grabbers like me this is the perfect site. You work and once every X minutes, before starting another email or while at the phone, you do a couple clicks and gets some rewards. Final Autoclaim - DEPENDS - : This site is peculiar, lot of possibilities. As a straight faucet it pays bad. You usually get 100 DUTCHY which are converted 370 for 1 sat. The PTCs need you to stay on the page. The games reward is 100 Dutchys after one minute.... In the end you can get the same value of a GOOD site here thanks to the double rolls every 30 minutes, one for dutchys, one for the coin of the month. Quantity vs quality. I still like it because there is a lot of stuff going on but you need time and efforts to make it productive. FireFaucet - BAD - : let me be clear. I like the site, it works good even on phone. I like the daily bonus but the conversion rate of ACP is atrocious. you need more than 100.000 ACP for a dollar. PTC give you 50 or 65 but you need to have the page open and then solve the captcha. The faucet is slow, the daily rewards for the faucet are low. The surveys are bad paid. Between the joining bonus and the rewards for level-ups you can take your first dollar soon but then it gets clear they pay very low the first 300 levels or so ( at lvl 1000 55.000 ACP =1$). Except the daily bonus, you can do a single survey for 3000 ACP and get all the daily tasks for offerwall, receiving 800 ACP and 0.013$ (or so, I'm lvl 25 there). But I could qualify fast only one day every 3 and sometimes I could never finish a survey so... not for me. I take the daily bonus and do some faucets rolls. FAUCETCrypto -BAD- it's not terrible but it pays less than other sites. You need 25.000 coins for 1 dollar. The advertises pay 14 or 17.5 (+ level bonus), the faucet 10 coins + bonus. While you can launch them and move on other pages, to launch them it's 3 clicks and 6 seconds of waiting, even more for the faucet. I'm talking about the green advertise (surf AD), I don't do the other that need you to stay on that window 40 seconds or so. The site has unlimited levels so I keep watching the green ADs for 20 seconds but, considering the offers are bad paid too, It's not a priority. TRUSTDice - GOD- every 6 hours you can grab the faucet for 0.043 Dollars. Incredible rate. Even if often in the evening the faucet was empty. Moreover you can use those dollars to play or bet on sports. RIP old friend, good bye my 3 dollars... The site is banned in Italy so I can't access anymore. Maybe one day I'll decide to use a VPN and go take a look.

To answer the initial question... nha, probably not worthy. Unless you like to roll faucets or you can squeeze those rolls while you working. It's an easy access to cryptos anyway and you can decide how many minutes to dedicate.
