Brave is everywhere.

Ads. Word of mouth. You name it.

But I still use Chrome, despite all the talk about Brave.

Why, you ask?

Because of two things: Convenience and security.

1. Convenience

The Chrome browser is the simplest thing to use if you already have a Google account(which ALL of us do). 

It generates secure passwords for me and saves those passwords in a secure enclave, and this enclave isn't online, but on my phone. So everyone I want to sign in to a service I frequently use, all I have to do is tap once.

With brave, I have to remember all my passwords and whatnot. It's really frustrating.

Second is the fact that Brave looks exactly like Chrome, with a few changes here and there. Originality, Sheesh.

2. Security

Chrome is made by Google. Yes, Google takes our data and uses it to serve us ads, but the security you get with chrome is greater than with brave.

I can see sites that have been blacklisted by both Google and other users. I can't do this with Brave.

Chrome also warns me if I might be watched if I visit a particular site. Brave also doesn't do this.

Brave is a browser built around privacy, and not much around functionality. 

Sure, it's the new kid on the block and everyone wants privacy. 

But I'll take functionality over privacy everyday.

Also, I still haven't figured out how to magically earn BAT tokens from Brave. If you have tips on how to do that, please leave them below.
