I decided it was better to seek a solution to my problem than to forget the tokens lost in Trust Wallet’s swap feature — and thankfully, some progress has been made.
Trust Wallet Swap glitch -1
I checked my Dogecoin wallet address on Dogechain.info, and it clearly showed that 627 DOGE had indeed arrived. However, Trust Wallet continued to display a balance of zero. Naturally, I was frustrated. I contacted their support chatbot, and to my surprise, I received a ticket number and an email assuring me of a response within 72 hours. Truth be told, I’m not waiting for their reply — I’m waiting for my tokens.

According to the swap details, I was supposed to receive 644 DOGE, but Dogechain confirms only 627 DOGE were delivered.
So, the issue now is twofold:
- Some DOGE appear to have taken a detour on their way
- And Trust Wallet is pretending not to see the ones that did arrive
Whether this is merely a display issue or something more serious remains to be seen. But one thing is clear — the blockchain may be reliable, yet the “trust” in Trust Wallet seems increasingly misplaced.
