Tether CEO warning on quantum computing
There have been many views and analyses about bitcoin and quantum computing, but no firm decision has been made on them. In this regard, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino has recently made a terrifying claim that with the advent of quantum computing, hackers can access any lost bitcoin wallet, including Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet.
A debate on quantum computing
Paolo Ardoino has presented quantum computing as a threat to bitcoin security but has not suggested any solution to the security of bitcoin. Different analysts have put forward their own solutions. However, some experts have expressed doubts about the feasibility of quantum computing to hack bitcoin wallets. Yet it remains to be seen whether it can effectively break through Bitcoin's strong encryption.
My Point on Quantum Computing and Cryptoverse
Quantum computing is currently not powerful enough to crack Bitcoin's SHA-256 encryption, but with the speed at which development is taking place, anything can happen in the future.
I believe that if Satoshi Nakamoto's more than 1 million bitcoins come into the hands of a bad element, it can become a superpower in itself, so this should not happen; the cryptoverse needs to prepare itself for the future.
