Weather conditions affects a lot of aspects of our lives.
Starting from the way we fell, how we dress and the action we take. Do we take an umbrella? Shall I wait for a bus or take a taxi or is it good to ride a bike to work today?
How many times have you run to take cover from the imminent rain? Those are just a few questions we could ask and get easy answer!
So how could the weather affect the stock market?
Or should we ask: How does the stock market affect the weather?
We observed severe weather conditions around the world during the market crash. I have had people saying the weather this summer is very strange and they have never seen the weather like this before!
The original question was does the weather affect the market, but I will try to answer: Does and why could stock market affect the weather?
As we all know everything is connected one way or the other stock market, crypto, takes a big part in everyone life this days, and yes, even if you are not participating directly, your retirement fund does!
High volatility in the market generates strong emotions that translate into the real world in one way or the other. If it is negative, we have negative result, if it is positive, we will have positive result.
How many of you felt unusual cold during the crash?
We have a little bit of history to look at, but now we need to observe the future events - how will the weather respond during the bull market where everyone is happy that the price is going up?
That is the only way to continue the research to answer the question if stock market affects the weather.
In my town, the weather is a bit like Bitcoin those days:
On the same day: it rains, it is sunny and warm, then cloudy and cold.
