While some deranged wannabe-theoreticians would say that the boomer cannot grasp the concept of 'bases' since they remain rooted in an arborescent and hierarchical logic demanding that something must be 'based' on something else, while the zoomer grasps that the singularity is simply bases with no further qualificators required or desired, precisely the opposite is true: the zoomer construes their thought-world as rhiozomatic without noticing that it is simply the horizontal extension of the arborescent logic, a tributary to the vertical hierarchy. The boomer on the other hand forms the underlying reality enabling the verticality, with the network of meaning being so tangled at lower levels that hierarchy is abandoned in pursuit of neoliberal root-fungus-root exchange, with no vertical hierarchy being separate. The boomer is the true rhiozome, while the zoomer merely toys with the concept of rhiozomatic structure, but cannot appropriate the form of it, since the concept is precisely that: consciously grasped as opposed to the subjectively objective, objectively subjective, perfectly decentralised and consistent real-beyond-real function of the boomer.
