Good morning!! I am a great coffee lover. I have always liked the smell of fresh homemade coffee for as long as I can remember. Although my first direct contact with this infusion was quite late ... it was when I finished my studies and entered the job market that I immersed myself in this great world.
Throughout my life I have tasted thousands of types of coffee, with different breeds and origins and little by little I decided to try adding different touches with other plants. Currently I have a good pantry full of types of coffees and additives to add at all times.
Today I give you the recipe for one of my favorites. This mixture I usually take more in the time in which we are. Due to the temperatures and the rains in these months, it is the one that best enters and of course the one that I consider most beneficial.
In principle, the type of coffee is indifferent ... later I will dedicate a post to the different varieties of coffee that I usually consume, their origins and properties, but for this recipe the important thing is the additives
Additives:
3 Cardamom Grains
1 Cayenne Chilli

½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

I usually use an Italian coffee maker, which for coffee growers is usually the most practical option since it takes all the juice out of the ingredients and you get a powerful, strong and tasty coffee.
The first thing is to fill ¾ of the container with ground coffee. On top, distribute the Cardamom grains and the Cayenne in pieces. Then I add one more tablespoon of ground coffee and the ground Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Finally, I add ground coffee to complete the container.
