Following the announcement of Tesla buying some Bitcoin, other huge companies have showed interest in BTC too.
Indeed, many influent people are starting to talk publicly about cryptocurrency and their adoption in different businesses.
Uber, Twitter, Apple, Mastercard ... everybody seems to be interested by integrating cryptocurrency to their companies. Is it for a better user experience ? Or just to involve more people in their business ? Nobody knows. What we can conclude for sure is that there is a financial interest behind it.
The RBC report advises Apple to buy BTC
RBC is a huge business bank. They made a report this 9th February where they clearly said that Apple would have a great interest in buying Bitcoin. Indeed, as one of the fin-tech most famous company, it would be very logical to be invested in the next technology that will change the world. Plus, they could authorize BTC transactions on the App Store for example.
Pay with BTC on BitPay
In fact, you can already pay in Bitcoin with your Iphone. You only have to store BTC on BitPay, then you'll be able to pay wherever you want with cryptocurrencies. The cryptos that are available on it are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether, USDC, GUSD, PAX and BUSD. BitPay's CEO said that Google and Samsung would also use it in few weeks.
Twitter's CEO and JAY-Z purchased Bitcoin
Indeed, Jack Dorsey and Jay-Z have purchased 500 BTC with a fund named "BTrust". They are looking for a third member to invest in, and rumors say that they proposed it to CZ, Binance's CEO.
As you can see, institutions are starting to invest in Bitcoin. It is probably encouraging this insane bullrun we're currently living.
