Hi everyone, after joining publish0x in early 2020, I decided to write on this beautiful site.
Who am I ?
So, I’m 20. French student enjoying this beautiful crypto world since COVID has arrived. Why ? The government announced the lockdown in March and I had to find a way to passionate my spirit around a new hobby. Then I learned about Bitcoin. Indeed, I heard about BTC during the 2017 bubble but was way too young to understand what it really means to the world and almost thought it was a scam. When you don’t understand something, you always think it is a scam …
Then I started to fully understand how BTC is going to revolutionize our world and what I missed during this whole time. While my interest for BTC was grinding, I started my process to the global crypto environment. ETH, stable coins, staking, lending, masternodes, mining, blockchain, all those aspects of our environment are not unknown for me now.
My first step into crypto
As probably most of the “beginners”, I started to earn my very first crypto earnings with faucets. And you may be surprised but I still use the best faucets available (in my opinion of course). Those who gives interesting crypto and in good quantity with almost 0 effort. Then I tried to find an investment for my savings earned with poker in the past. I decided to invest in 2 coins, one in the DeFi ecosystem and one which has a blockchain way more scalable than Ethereum.
400 € in SNX (Synthetix)
100 € in EGLD (Elrond)
This was during summer 2020, and nowadays, with staking interests and lending, my portfolio has reached the 4 000 € value, and I am pretty proud about that.
I am also putting a little money on Celsius which is an app that I really love and trust. I think I will make a whole article about that, stay tuned.
