Today as I was surfing through the Brave Browser Community page I saw a couple of posts of people saying that the iOS rewards were able to be transferred. When I went to my desktop settings to see if there was an update that was available and sure enough there was! After updating my PC Brave Browser there it was the QR code that was needed to transfer BAT right at the top of the rewards screen!
On Sunday I thought ahead about what would happen to my pending BAT since the iOS program stopped on 12/10 and the rewards ran for those first 10 days. The iOS has also changed since Sunday when I was able to take my screenshot.
Since the pending rewards are now gone I do not know what is going to happen to that. I asked one of the Brave Support members on the Community page and will update this when I see what he responded with. This is a one-time transfer so with the rewards being removed from your phone I am unsure how they would be able to fix the pending issue without you just losing the pending amount of BAT. This is a disappointment but not the worlds worst thing as the mobile browser is still a very secure and good mobile browser.
When I opened up the QR scanner on my phone it quickly began to sync process and popped up saying it should take a few minutes to be completed. I would assume this is because they are not wanting to pay a high ether fee and will try to keep it as low as possible to do this. The transfer took about 5 minutes overall to do but now I finally have my mobile BAT in a place I can use it!
