It worth buying when coin is dumping constantly. But the dump could be the deepest and can pump again after a long time. So whenever you buy, ask yourself first, are you ready to hold the amount for weeks or probably for months? If the answer is yes, then go ahead. If you are not mentally ready to hold it for long then better you don't buy and wait for the expected dump for the coin.
This noon I bought bitcoin cash even when it was not the deepest dump for the coin and it constantly dumping after my buying. Target sell price is not an impossible amount as few days back BCH hits the price value $500 dollars and that's my target amount too and it will bring a very few amount of gain, most probably $22 dollars. It worth waiting for next 2-3 days.
It will be fine if the waiting period is longer than that as the amount of buying is not that big that I can't afford holding. But wait, sometimes I get impatient and can sell my coins for $5 or $10 dollars of profit as I want to buy again and keep the process alive so I've no guarantee that how long I'm going to hold and how much I'm going to make. This is the reason that I never made big from my investment on crypto coins.
But you are not emotional when it comes to money, right? So buy it when you know the holding time can be longer and the amount is your extra money that can be hold for long time.
