OK so it's not strictly just a pic, it's digital artwork secured by an NFT (Non Fungible Token). An NFT secures it's uniqueness within the digital art world, i.e. it cannot be duplicated.

To be honest I wouldn't waste my money on either. But the choice between owning a physical masterpiece as opposed to a unique number is a no brainer.
