The Funding Gap solved with Cryptocurrency Brand Tokens of IPPAEX

Background and Problem

"A funding gap exists with the development of ideas, between the idea generation phase and the proof-of-idea phase. I will call it the info stage. Most venture capital financing takes place after the proof-of-idea period. The information age requires ownership of new territorial information and new territorial knowledge to ethically and successfully make funding decisions." (Pienaar, 2012)

My research showed, forming good ideas in a corrupt world, is a result of difficult kept honesties. True puzzle pieces in minds are used to form new true puzzles. False puzzle pieces in minds, remembered, hinder forming good new ideas.

Development of ideas, which causes ownership, is primarily done by groups, for example the free masons, who can freely appropriate ideas, which are common property, from individuals, according to current dominant utilitarian philosophy. The utilitarian human right, called "imparting of ideas", is included in country Constitutions. Individuals without the support of a network, which supplies capital and recognition, cannot develop their ideas on their own.

IPPAEX a Solution

Ipparts Exchange (IPPAEX) lists brand tokens to overcome the above problem. Individuals can form a brand, representing an idea/ideas and list brand tokens, which represent the ideas/brands. Like that individuals each can raise capital to employ others to do development work. There are agreements between brand developers and holders of brand tokens, which give more certainty to token holders than at utility tokens. Utility tokens are not backed by anything according to agreements. The objective is to overcome the funding gap. Overcoming the funding gap will improve territorial benefit, from own ideas, to individuals, their close development neighbors and international investors.

Investing in a brand token is a hight risk investment, which should not be done with retirement savings or to make short term profit, unless the capital can be lost, without causing financial insecurity.

More information about the ideas behind IPPAEX, the currently listed brand tokens and IPPAEX's utility token called Moyom (MYM), is available on the Africahead website. MYM must become, in future, a funding currency for brands and new ideas to remove the funding gap completely.
