Tether, which as everybody probably knows is the issuer of the leading stablecoin USDT, has just launched Tether AI, which is an open-source AI platform. This is predictable, but what isn't predictable is the platform will also support Bitcoin payments. The idea is to integrate a payment system in its platform, and USDT is only one of the cryptos supported, and BTC is another. This is a smart move.Probably.USDT is the third-largest crypto by market capitalisation and, more importantly, Tether is one of the most influential crypto companies in the world. Some would argue that Tether exerts a stronger influence than, say, Coinbase, Binance or Circle (USDC).
