Can you really trust a wallet called Trust wallet?

My experience with Trust Wallet has been disappointing. While I understand that it is a decentralized platform, I expected to receive some form of guidance when I lost a significant amount of coins in my account. Unfortunately, their customer service is inadequate, and I am left with pre-programmed responses that do not address my specific concerns. The lack of human interaction makes it challenging to clarify or challenge issues that I do not fully comprehend.

I acknowledge the importance of decentralization, but I believe that there needs to be a balance. Trust Wallet's approach seems to be focused solely on decentralized decision-making, to the detriment of customer service. This experience has caused me to lose faith in Trust Wallet, and I have since transferred 30% of my coins to Nexo.

I have been trying to contact Trust Wallet regarding my compromised wallet, but all I receive are pre-programmed messages that are of no help. It is frustrating and confusing, and I sometimes feel like I am talking to hackers. I understand that they must be inundated with complaints, but they need to improve their after-service support.

I found a website related to Trust Wallet that stated that if my coins had been taken, there was only a 90% chance of no recovery. Why not focus on making it a 90% chance that wallets are not compromised in the first place?

I believe that Trust Wallet is overhyped, and people should consider getting a Ledger instead. While community groups are beneficial, they are not always helpful when seeking serious advice. In my experience, they are like a rough neighborhood that one is not used to.

The wallet itself works well, but the after-service support needs improvement. I am not expecting Trust Wallet to hold my coins, but they should have a team that can provide proper guidance. I have changed my perspective on centralized and decentralized platforms, and I believe that having a small percentage of assets in a centralized wallet is not the worst thing one can do.
I strongly believe that Trust Wallet needs to establish a support team that can provide personalized assistance to their users. This team should be readily accessible for users to seek guidance and ask specific questions. It would be beneficial to have human interaction instead of generic responses that do not address the user's concerns.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this matter, and I do not rule out the possibility of returning to 100% decentralized digital assets in the future. However, until Trust Wallet improves their customer support, I will continue to explore other options
