Overall Summary: The start of reinvigorating/relaunching the BAT Ambassador program.

Program Goal: Building a community out of new Brave users and helping introduce Brave to new market. Foster a strong community, gain new fans/adopters, and try to further expand outside of English speaking markets.

Program Background: The original program was a little overwhelming. They previously had over 700 applications and onboarded >400 members.
This time to make the program more effective and manageable they will add more structure, guidance, and reference documentation. Additionally, the community team to increase capabilities and they are going to add a few program leaders.

Program leaders will help with overseeing a few regional groups, check in with other members, aid in onboarding new members, help with meetups, assist in getting members any assistance they need (Example: Info Decks and resources, such as Brave Swag for a meetup). Importantly they will serve as a go between for Brave and the community.

People interested in the being a lead or a regular ambassador will need to fill out a form. Generally speaking, most people who apply will eventually get to be at least an ambassador. However, they intend to bring people on in waves.

Individual ambassadors will join certain roles (example: graphics, writer, video, user support, influencer, student, translator, etcetera.). Members are not stuck in their role, instead this is intended to help people know what each member specializes in and what they can provide assistance with. Members can help with things outside their roles. There will be guides provided for each role to aid members.

Ideally, most Ambassadors will verify an exchange account so they can receive BAT tips.

Documentation is intended as a general reference for information, guides for onboarding, and an aid for members wanting to do a meetup or event (i.e. by walking them through the whole process). It meant to help members who are not sure how to do things. Visuals will be included. Documentation will allow people to know what they can do to help, but it is NOT intended to serve as a checklist of things you have to do.

Useful graphics will also be shared with members.

Incentives/Compensation/Recognition: If you serve for an Ambassador for at least 6 months, then users can put it on their CV and Brave will be willing to give them a reference letter. Members will likely get exclusive Swag, monthly credit for the swag store, BAT tips, exclusive NFT's, monthly POAP's, possibly gift cards, closer working relationships with the Brave team, etcetera. Members will get new flairs and there will be different tiers to the program based on activity. Some members may be able to get free tickets to conferences and events relevant to Brave and Crypto. High performing members may also be invited to in person workshops and team building events. However, there will not be any direct pay.

Next Steps: Documentation will soon be released.
