The website Cashrain serves as a platform that enables creators to establish their own communities, where they can create “rains” in the form of Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Users can choose to follow these communities and join in on cashrains by doing retweets, subscribing to a YouTube channel or joining a Discord server. The BCH is then distributed randomly among the members of the community that have joined in on the cashrain. This means that community creators can get exposure by having their content shared by the members and the members can earn rewards for partaking in these tasks. For content creators on platforms like YouTube, Medium, Twitch or Twitter, the followers hold a huge significance and this is a way to help them achieve their goals. 
I have personally been using this website for about two months, earning a couple of dollars every week. Some cashrains are just a couple of cents, while others are hundreds of dollars, where one lucky user gets a jackpot that can be a lot of BCH. I see this as exchanging my X feed for the chance to make some money. Yesterday I was lucky enough to earn 7$, by just retweeting.
Bitcoin Cash shares a lot of similarities with Bitcoin (BTC), but has incorporated distinct attributes and modifications that differentiates it. BCH is regarded as a “fork” of Bitcoin and advocates asset Bitcoin Cash as a cryptocurrency that aligns faithfully with the initial concept of setting up a decentralized electronic cash system, as it is outlined in the 2008 white paper attributed to the protocol’s creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. 
The creator of this website, Kim Dotcom, has been talking warmly about BCH for a long time and this is one way of showing how useful this cryptocurrency can be. On his website WhyBitcoinCash he explains what the power of BCH is. He is describing it as a cutting-edge blockchain network, that is impervious to geographical boundaries and alteration. Fostering a new financial ecosystem that champions economic freedom and trade. BCH is equivalent to digital cash, while BTC is equivalent to digital gold. The fast transactions and low fees make it into a currency that you can use for purchases, without having to pay large sums for gas.
CashRain is still in Beta and the website is only invite. There is no referral system, but the only invite function means that you need to be invited by someone who is already using it. I learned about this website by following the Bitcoin Cash TV-stream that is streaming their shows on Kick and that was how I got an invite to join the website, and the cashrains that Bitcoin Cash TV does on there. This community is a great example of how this website can help content creators to grow. Maybe this is the new way of decentralizing and digitalizing content creators' work to find a broader audience?
