Week Hive, strong DEC peg ,what do you think about future?

This post can be considered as an extension of my previous post where I was just praying for Hive to recover so I can buy the rest.

While I was thinking for Hive to recover ,it suddenly come to my mind ,why not I should sell all of my DEC and buyback with recovered Hive. It will make things easy. I exited with my DEC around .0063 price tag. But when I saw the chart of DEC today ,I think my hopes are now almost bleak out.

Simply , my hope for tract of land are now almost doomed due to following reasons,

It look like magic now that Hive will recover when all other Hivians becoming uncertain if we are going to touch one more low.
land pre sale is overcrowded if you read the post ,it look like 90% of land will be sold by lottery system.

Is simply future is bleak on me?
Ohh! third land sale is still more than 45 days away and I think it is enough time for Hive to show some strong price and may be I will be back in track for my tract purchase. Anyway I still have 10K DEC with me, I will buy a plot to have something for consolation for me.

Any other option
I guess ,it is still at least 6 months before any "land" utility will be integrated in game. I just hope I will able to buy my DEC back and get enough additional DEC so That I will be back in game before any "land utility" implemented in game.

And what the last option for me.
Just like cards, land can also be delegated so it means we will going to have rental market on land too as we already have card.
It will be be time for me too become a peasant and cultivate someone's land.

I guess ,I have eased myself now and get rid of my frustration now of not being able to buy land at first presale.

If you are also in same kind of feeling than remember it is just the beginning of the "Land" game not the end of it. We are going to get number of ways and opportunity in future to get some land for us.
