Splinterland's Battle Mage Secrets ruleset Keep Your Distance
This week Splinterlands ruleset featured "Keep Your Distance" in which melee monsters can not take part in the battles. So we can use only Magic and range attack monster for attacking and "No attack" monsters in the team as a filler or in a very specific position as they are sometimes well suited at that position.
My natural tendency is towards the Magic attack and I am not able to use range attack effectively.
I played multiple matches and I got this ruleset 4 times in my matches and I am unable to convert those matches to win. I can try at least my luck for further more 5 matches but the season's end is just a few hours away and I first time reached the Gold 1 league this season so I decided to give it a break.
Also, I reached 63 Gold chest this season and I thought it is better not to risk Gold 1 position and lets see how I fared on my all lost battles.
Out of all the battles I fought, I think I am most impressed by the below battle, in which I think the opponent really put a very strong team and I hope it was not a bot.
Little about battle and opponent strategy.
As you see, it is just 14 mana battle so it is a low mana battle , no neutral and legendary cards allowed. Only Dragon and life splinter cards can be used.
My opponent choose Quix The Devious , which is a dragon summoner and give access to both life and dragon cards for this battle.It also reduces the swiftness of my team and put 1 range attack penalty on my team.
Pelacor Conjurer was used as tank and it has divine shield, magic reflect and flying ability. Naga Assassin is at second position and it has backfire ability, Venari Crstalsmith at third position and it can effectively heal the tank. Dax Pargon at the tail and it has amplify and affliction ability.
Let move to battle.

After round 1 was completed, my tank was barely hanging and I lost my silver shield archer too.
