Lots of sun and lots of exercise, a positive Monday - My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2023

Dużo, dużo słońca i dużo ruchu, pozytywny poniedziałek

Even though it's the hated Monday, the morning sun rays really stimulated me to act. I went out in a great mood as soon as I could for a morning walk and I was not disappointed.

Mimo, iż to znienawidzony poniedziałek, poranne promienie słońca mocno pobudziły mnie do działania. Wyszedłem w świetnym nastroju najszybciej jak mogłem na poranny spacer i się nie rozczarowałem.

After a windy Sunday with cold, piercing Arctic winds, the air cleared up and became very clean. Due to this, the low sun rays were beautifully reflected in the snow, which shimmered with rainbow colors. Despite the frost, you could walk without a hat and with your jacket unbuttoned.

Po wietrznej niedzieli z zimnym przenikliwym arktycznym wiatrem, powietrze się wyklarowało i stało się bardzo czyste. Przez to nisko padające promienie słońca pięknie odbijały się w śniegu, który mienił się kolorami tęczy. Mimo mrozu, można było spacerować bez czapki z rozpięta kurtką.

The park is already preparing for the upcoming holidays. Under the unfortunate Christmas tree, whose growth cone was cut off in order to install a star of questionable beauty, a basket in the shape of a Christmas tree bauble was placed - of course, the purpose of this object is known.

W parku widać już przygotowania do zbliżających się świąt. Pod nieszczęsną choinką, której ścięto stożek wzrostu po to, by zamontować wątpliwej piękności gwiazdę, ustawiono kosz w kształcie bombki choinkowej, oczywiście przeznaczenie tego obiektu jest znane.

And there is also a beautiful aura over the pond. The water is still quite warm, so it is not susceptible to strong frosts at night. The lack of ice on the pond is good news for fish, which suffer greatly from lack of oxygen during the winter under the ice.

A nad stawem również piękna aura. Woda jest jeszcze dość ciepła dlatego nie poddaje się silnym przymrozkom w nocy. Brak lodu na stawie, to dobra wiadomość dla ryb, które podczas zimy z braku tlenu bardzo męczą się pod taflą lodu.
