Dieta wzorowa

It was optimistic from the very morning. I know this is sick optimism, because a person who is trying to lose excess weight and exercises hard is happy at the thought of having pork shank in sauerkraut and a beer for dinner :D

Optymistycznie było od samego rana. Ja wiem, że to chory optymizm, bo człowiek, który próbuje zrzucić zbędne kilogramy i ostro ćwiczy, cieszy się na myśl, że na obiad będzie golonko w kapuście kiszonej, i do tego piwko :D

Well, what to do? I love this dish and I can't wait for it to appear on the table. Is it against the diet and healthy eating - damn it! But I like it, and mental health and self-satisfaction are as important as physical health - I will stick to it.

No ale co zrobić. Uwielbiam tę potrawę, i czekam aż pojawi się na stole. Czy to jest wbrew diecie, i zdrowemu odżywianiu - ku..fa na bank! Ale ja to lubię, a zdrowie psychiczne i zadowolenie z siebie jest równie ważne co zdrowie fizyczne - tego będę się trzymał.

The sun was sluggish today, but I managed to capture it in the photo. It looks more like a moon, but it's the sun at noon in December in full bloom. There wasn't much heat from it, but there was some light, and that's why I was able to take some nice shots.

Słoneczko dzisiaj było niemrawe, udało mi się jednak je uwiecznić na zdjęciu. Bardziej przypomina księżyc, ale to słońce w grudniowe południe w rozkwicie. Ciepła z niego wiele nie było, ale za to trochę światła, i dlatego mogłem zrobić kilka fajnych ujęć.
