Today's walk surprised me with the weather, which I don't remember for many years. Last year the winter was weak, and the previous 7 years I spent all winters in warm countries and returned most often in March.

Dzisiejszy spacer sprawił niespodziankę pogodową, jakiej nie pamiętam od wielu lat. W zeszłym roku zima była słaba, a poprzednie 7 lat wszystkie zimy spędzałem w ciepłych krajach i wracałem najczęściej w marcu.

I haven't felt such a beautiful, fluffy snow under my feet for a long time, the more so that there was no living soul in the park and I was walking on fresh, untrodden routes.

Dawno nie czułem tak pięknego puszystego śniegu pod stopami, tym bardziej, że w parku nie było żywego ducha i szedłem świeżymi niezdeptanymi trasami.

Such weather with a small minus temperature and still a small layer of snow is perceived by the body differently. You have to be very alert though, and I notice an increased heart rate at the same walking speeds as always.

Taka pogoda z niewielką minusową temperaturę i niewielka jeszcze warstwą śniegu odbierana jest przez organizm inaczej. Trzeba jednak być bardzo czujnym, i zauważam zwiększony puls przy tych samych prędkościach spaceru co zawsze.
