Wtorek pochmurny, ale na szczęście bez deszczu

This is just the beginning of gray skies, fog, and constant overcast, and I'm already fed up. Even the photos aren't turning out as they should because there's so little light.

To dopiero początek szarówki, mgieł, ciągłego zachmurzenia, a już mam dosyć. Nawet zdjęcia nie wychodzą tak jak powinny, bo światła jest jak na lekarstwo.

Fortunately, there was no rain today, so the walk was quite enjoyable. The only exception was the occasional plane making unnecessary noise and scaring away the birds.

Na szczęście dzisiaj nie było deszczu, więc spacer był całkiem udany. Momentami jedynie samoloty z okazji święta robiły niepotrzebny hałas i płoszyły ptaki.

The birds have been fed. Exactly 10 crows and a few chickadees have arrived. The latter are becoming more and more bold, taking food from my hand. The crows, on the other hand, are so skittish that it's impossible not to scare them. Even when I throw a peanut, they flee in panic.

Ptaszki nakarmione. Przyleciało dokładnie 10 wron i kilka sikorek. Te drugie są coraz bardziej odważne i pobierają pokarm z ręki. Wrona natomiast są tak płochliwe, że nie sposób ich nie wystraszyć. Nawet jak rzucam orzeszka uciekają w panice.

Apparently, there's supposed to be some clearing tomorrow. We'll see if the forecast proves accurate.

Jutro podobno mają być jakieś przejaśnienia. Zobaczymy czy prognozy się sprawdzą.
