Beautiful, sunny weather from the morning - spring has returned
It was indeed very fresh in the morning, because the temperature was below zero, but it started to rise quickly after sunrise. In mid-March, the sun is already high enough to tan and heat the air beautifully. Therefore, today the conditions were ideal for a walk.
Co prawda nad ranem było bardzo rześko, bo temperatura była ujemna, ale zaraz po wschodzie słońca zaczęła szybko się podnosić. W połowie marca słońce jest już na tyle wysoko, że potrafi pięknie opalać i nagrzewać powietrze. Dlatego też dzisiaj były idealne warunki na spacer.
Today, a double walk, because first in the morning and then again after dinner. Such practices are good for my fitness and weight. Since the beginning of the year, without changing my diet, I have lost 7 kg. I still have to lose 5 kg to get back to my ideal weight, which is 90 kg. Some might say that's a lot! - but I'm 192 cm tall :)
Dzisiaj spacer dubeltowy, bo najpierw rano, a potem znowu po obiedzie. Takie praktyki dobrze działają na moją kondycję i wagę. Od początku roku, nie zmieniając diety schudłem 7 kg. Musze jeszcze zrzucić 5 kg, aby wrócić do mojej idealnej wagi, czyli 90 kg. Ktoś powiem, że dużo! -ale ja mam 192 cm wzrostu :)
The birds were traditionally fed. They appeared both the first and the second time, so that they received breakfast and dinner today. But unfortunately, in connection with this, I will have to buy food for my flying charges tomorrow, because it has run out.
Ptaszki tradycyjnie nakarmione. Pojawiły się i za pierwszym i za drugim razem, ta że otrzymały dzisiaj śniadanie i obiad. Ale niestety w związku z tym, czekają mnie jutro zakupy karmy dla latających podopiecznych, bo się wyczerpała.
Tomorrow is supposed to be slightly cooler, but sunny. This is supposed to be the last blast of winter in March. Let's hope so. And in early April I'll be toddling along the beaches of Rhodes.
Jutro ma być minimalnie chłodniej, ale słonecznie. To podobno ostatni podmuch zimy w marcu. Miejmy nadzieję, że tak będzie. A na początku kwietnia będę już dreptał po plażach wyspy Rodos.
