I am aware that this is a temporary phase, because winter will come back, but these few days of rest, with sun and positive temperatures will improve my mental and physical condition a bit.
Rzadko się zdarza w naszym klimacie, aby koniec stycznia był tak urokliwy. Zazwyczaj kojarzy się z silnym mrozem, brakiem słońca i smogiem. W tym roku jest inaczej. Mam świadomość, że to etap przejściowy, bo zima jeszcze wróci, ale te kilka dni oddechu, ze słońcem i dodatnimi temperaturami trochę podreperują formę psychiczną i fizyczną.

Dzisiaj klasyczny spacer po parku, ze zdwojona siłą, bo musiałem wydeptać te 30 tyś kroków, a jutro jeszcze jeden tysiąc więcej. I w zasadzie nie jest to problem jeśli chodzi o dystans.
For the first time in many years, I got a callus on my finger. And to make it more fun, it happened on the right foot on the smallest toe, not from the bottom but from the inside. It's tiny, but so annoying that it doesn't let you forget about it. I don't know what to do with this guy. I know there are some patches for such ailments, but I've never tried them before.
Po raz pierwszy od wielu lat zrobił mi się odcisk na palcu. A żeby było zabawniej, to zrobił się na prawej stopie na najmniejszym palcu i to nie od spodu tylko od wewnątrz. Jest malutki, ale tak dokuczliwy, że nie pozwala o sobie zapomnieć. Nie wiem co z tym kolesiem począć. Wiem że są jakieś plastry na takie przypadłości, ale nigdy jeszcze nie praktykowałem.
